Ram Tah is an engineer based in Meene who will offer you a 4-week mission if you dock at Felice Dock space station in Meene. As far as I can tell you need to have Horizons installed to get this mission. The mission itself requires you to travel to the Guardian ruins to gather 101 transcripts across 5 different subjects from the stone obelisks there
